Counsellor Recruitment

Thank you for your interest in working with CiC.

At present we are not recruiting counsellors unless they meet the following criteria:

  • Experience in organisational consultancy for example - coaching, trauma, mediation, training
  • EMDR, CBT, Drug and Alcohol, Couples work
  • Flexibility and availability for on site work, often at very short notice
  • Recognised training in the above and at least 250 hours experience
  • Criminal Records Bureau check
  • Professional indemnity insurance to the value of £2 million

Executive coaching

  • You must be familiar with the Association for Coaching's, the UK International Coach Federation's or the European Mentoring and Coaching Council's Code of Ethics and Good Practice and be willing to adhere to it.
  • You must be a member of the Association for Coaching.
